Ways you can get involved
Spread the word!
The easiest and simplest thing to do is to let people know we exist! Following us on social media, liking and sharing posts, telling friends and love ones about our service - these are all things that help us and in turn help men in need! If you'd like flyers or posters, please fill out the contact form below.
Fundraise
Another great way to help is to put on a fundraiser to help us raise money. Our services cost money - whether it be simple overheads like room hire or tea & coffee top ups, or promoting the charity and reaching out further. You can do something as simple as a sponsored silence to an all-thrills experience like a sky dive (you can see on our blog some ideas that have already been done!). And be sure to let us know if you are organising anything - we are more than happy to help promote it!
Set up a group in your area
If you really want to go the extra mile and take the two ways above to the next level - you could set up and facilitate a meeting in your area. The more locations there are, the more men can be reached and helped - and the conversation will really start to change.
